When I started my studies, I didn't know much about blacksmith's work but
i was fascinated at once. Now when I go to work and light the fire, rest
of the world is forgotten. Working with fire is very primitive and simple
repeating same working methods creates a certain rhythm. Years go by but i
can't get enough of working with fire.
Nature and primitive art are
my inspiration. And the more you do the better you get. Good ideas often
come from customers. I combine different materials in my work ; leather,
bone, glass, stone... -surrounding the metal it gives some " warmth" to my
work.
